The Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) is the hub for instructional support at SIU. Donations to CTE directly improve teaching and learning across campus by

• providing professional development for faculty. Studies show a 5x return on investment in faculty training, meaning your contribution amplifies learning.
• maintaining the Learning Management System and training instructors to deliver engaging online content. This expands access to SIU's world-class education.
• outfitting classrooms with accessible, cutting-edge technology so all students can actively participate.
• offering spaces to create instructional videos and supporting material digitization for online learning.

This year, CTE is focused on new training formats, instructional support, and technology for interactive teaching. Contributions empower CTE to equip faculty with the latest tools.
