Study Abroad
Faculty Support
To ensure a positive and enriching experience, planning and executing a successful study abroad program require careful consideration of various factors, ranging from defining program goals and objectives, identifying and recruiting participants, establish academic structure, to creating a budget, planning for risk management, and preparing learners academically and culturally for the destination.
The Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) and the Center for International Education (CIE) have teamed up to provide comprehensive support for instructors at every checkpoint of their journey. The CIE will assist with navigating the logistics, compliance, and registration. The CTE is dedicated to supporting innovative study abroad pedagogy and ensuring that instructors utilize this unique experience to achieve their learning outcomes.
