Desire2Learn (D2L)—sometimes referred to as MyCourses or Brightspace—is SIU’s Learning Management System (LMS). D2L enhances the learning experience by providing a centralized online location for course materials, assignments, schedules, grading, and collaborative tools. It is a useful educational platform for in-person, online, and hybrid courses.
